1. Dual-Shift Operational Setup
Prastiqo utilizes a resilient Dual-Shift System Architecture built to isolate Day and Night workforce parameters dynamically. Shift times can be customized within the Admin Portal or configured via API keys.
Day Shift Range: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (12 hour threshold)
Night Shift Range: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM (12 hour threshold)
Check-in buffer tolerance: 15 minutes max delay
2. Workforce Attendance Endpoints
Integrate Prastiqo's attendance analytics database with third-party HR systems or custom biometric scanning hubs using secure REST webhooks.
GET/api/v1/workforce/attendance
Gathers active shift check-ins, filtered by date and shift state.
